You don't say which image you're referring to. Is it this one:
If so, then I'm curious why you ask if it's a dwelling. Are you unable to make out the shaped rectangular stones that make up the walls?
I have a couple extra pair of reading glasses sitting here on the desk, and if I put them both on over the pair I'm already wearing then the weathered structure does indeed have an outline a bit like a locomotive, and I can't make out a single brick.
