I just noticed that I seem to be stuck on the number of 634 posts for some time now. I noticed that other posters seem to be stuck on a particular number as well.
It seems your binary counter is on the fritz.
Thanks for the forum. It's great, but I think you're a little hard on randman.
Disregard this post . I see that when I post something new the number of posts increases on all of my posts at once.
Story of my life. All I had to do was say nothing.
Edited by GDR, : I figured it out.

I don't see the problem
You were at 634. When you posted this message (the one to which I am replying), your post count jumped to 635. Now that you have posted Message 26, your count has climbed to 636.
It looks fine to me. Perhaps you are confused that all of your posts show the same count. But that's because the count is dynamically determined by the server, as you read a message. The count for a particular message is not the count at the time you wrote that message; it is the count at the time you are reading the message.

Re: I don't see the problem
You've been posting for 962 days. So your posting rate is 3 posts per day every day (its actually 3.4). That's pretty impressive. If you include your admin posts it hits 4.3 posts per day for nearly three years straight!!
For the record I'm also on 3.4 per day and my admin posts knock it up to about 3.8 per day.

You are absolutely right. Actually I figured it out later last night if you look at the edit at the end of the initial message. Thanks, and like I said all I had to do was say nothing.
