There is no plan to change EvC Forum's color scheme, and it is unlikely to ever change in any significant way as the black background is considered one of our distinguishing features, but our enhancements list includes a feature that would allow members to brew their own color scheme. Unfortunately this feature has not risen high enough on the list to reach the planning stage yet, so it won't appear any time soon. Sorry.
