I the "green thingy" on the reply button is all you have a problem with then things are going well!

If you zoom in a little on the "green thingy" you'll see that it's an arrow.

Button design is time-consuming. Anyone who has skills in this area is invited to develop button sets for EvC Forum. I'll consider using those that are done well and would mesh well with the existing board design.

These are bigger, but I think they'll work. Is that what people had in mind? Does this satisfy the issues regarding readability?

Hi Mike,

Just checked your buttons. They look good, but a couple comments.
​
The text color of all normal buttons should be the same.
​
The text color of all hot buttons (mouseovers) should be the same.
​
The mouseover text can't be part of the image because the normal and hot buttons have to be indentical in size a shape. The mouseover text is just HTML acronym text.

Yes, but now I have another comment. I didn't notice this at first because you listed the buttons vertically, but the buttons have different text sizes. Can you make the reply button use the same text size as the other buttons. Profile is okay in a smaller font because it has too many characters, but the reply button seems to have a lot of empty space compared to the other buttons.

Apart from that, the normal buttons are all dark blue in message 40, and the hot ones are orange. Is that okay?
​
