How would it work?
When should these awards be given out?
Who should get them for what reasons? Some kind of voting should decide?

The only thing really missing is a "Useless dumb post of the month" thread or something like that.

While i say it's missing, i don't say it will bring any good. Probably just more useless dumb posts.
