We probably haven't mentioned it because Alan Keyes is a frikkin' joke. Obama's going to stomp his ass so hard into the dirt, the only place he'll be able to run for office is the Kingdom of the Mole People.
And even the Mole People will call him out for saying Hillary shouldn't run in New York.

"Good evening. I'm playing the role of Jesus; a man once portrayed on the big screen by Jeffery Hunter. You may remember him as the actor who was replaced by William Shatner on Star Trek. Apparently Mr. Hunter was good enough to die for our sins, but not quite up to the task of seducing green women."

And it's probably off-topic, but the Keyes/Obama business (I don't mean that to look like I'm referring to slash fiction, but it probably does) puts me in mind of the hard swing to the left Illinois has taken in the last couple years... and the warm fuzzy feeling it gives me inside...
But on topic... the idea of Republican candidates being great big thumping hypocrites when it comes to "family values" isn't limited to homosexuality. Anyone remember why Newt Gingrich stepped down?
