Read it here at World News CNN.
quote:
OTTAWA, CANADA (AP) -- On the first of his two-day planned visit to Canada, George W. Bush was taken into custody by Canadian authorities citing war crime charges. Under Canadian law, even a non-citizen can be charged for crimes committed outside of Canada once that individual enters the country.
The arrest claims that President Bush has been "party to the crime of torturing prisoners held in Guantnamo Bay and Abu Ghraib."
Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin released a written statement indicating that "proceedings have commenced against President George W. Bush under the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act (s. 9(3))."
You can read more at that page.

When I first looked at it, I was so excited... for about 3 seconds before...

Re: excited before
This is why I "blame Canada" for our situation. Why can't you guys just invade the US and free us liberals from the savage hands of the conservatives? Just send into the states everything you have and hope for the best. If it turns out to be a disasterous campaign, then at least you Canadians will be remembered as the anti-evil (or the good) knights of North America.
I say you guys try to take D.C. in 2 days.

Then we'd have WMD and be even more subject to invasion by the only country we have to fear in today's world.
But look at the bright side. Even if there is an alien invasion, Canada is safe simply because the US is right next door. Canada is like America's little brother. Hehehe

Re: And what we want one of those for?
Ok, let us summarize the big happy family.
Canada - Uncle Sam's little liberal brother who is more tolerant than his older brother.
Liberia - Uncle Sam's abandoned son
England - Uncle Sam's dad who didn't want his son to move out on his own
France - Uncle Sam's mom who wanted to help Sam to move out just so she could revenge on the settlement when she was divorcing England
Israel - Uncle Sam's spoiled son
Puerto Rico - Uncle Sam's adopted son
Cuba - Uncle Sam's adopted rebellious son
Can anyone help me think of who Uncle Sam's wife could be?

Oh yeah! Saudi Arabia is perfect. She'd be an obedient wife anyway.

Nah, I see Iraq as Uncle Sam's rape victim.
Before the rape.
Uncle Sam: Iraq is a bad girl. Someone needs to teach her a lesson for her own good!
After the rape.
Uncle Sam: She deserved to be raped.

Re: News Flash... Read news before posting
I'm getting cranky just by reading your posts. You tend not to be specific about anything. Saying "at least one of his advisors..." ain't specific. You made a claim earlier that we have found WMD in Iraq. I've been watching CNN since... forever and I haven't heard such news. Would you mind at least describe what kind of WMD did we find?
I often do this to show people that your method of being so vague that noone can seriously debate with you can be used against you.
I heard somewhere that you are a dork. I'm not saying that you are one, I'm just saying that I heard somewhere that you are one.
I'm going to post a public apology after I have seen some kind of evidence from you. If you are right, which I have no doubt that you have no doubt, then it shouldn't be a problem for you to find some kind of evidence or specific explanation.

Re: Any real proof?
Hey Charles, you are wasting your time with JF. If you want my professional opinion, he's a know-it-all 14-17 year old who is partially illiterate. This would explain why he continues to ignore all the facts that are all around him.
