Re: Another winter - aka Cold
Photo was there yesterday, goon today. We are a chilly 47 here. Anyone so limited that they can only spell a word one way is severely handicapped!

Re: Another winter - aka Cold
Today, it is a balmy 30F. Tomorrow, a high of 17F, the coldest of the season so far. Still, for NH, that's not very cold. We haven't had any below zero temperatures yet, and it is the middle of January!

Not only New England, a weirdly warm winter here in the north of Old England at sea level, as well. No snow at all, not even a light dusting, and I can't remember a winter when we've got this far without it. If it doesn't snow at all in this area, I wouldn't be surprised if that'll be a first in recorded history. I haven't even got any heating on in this room in the middle of what's supposed to be the coldest month of the year!

Re: Another winter - aka Cold
Our extended forecast shows only today and tomorrow with highs below 30F. Highs in the low 30's are predicted right through Jan 29th. We'll see.

East central Wisconsin is officially at -6F with a wind chill of -26F. NFC championship game will be played this evening in a very cold Lambeau Field, though hopefully, it won't be the coldest championship game ever played.

Up here in the Great White North it's -20°C right now, with a wind chill of -31. That's right around "normal" for this time of year but it's about the coldest weather we've had yet this winter. ABE: Translated for our American cousins, that's -4°F with a wind chill of -24. Edited by Ringo, : Added Fahrenheit.

It's gorgeous here. 81. Plus, I just saw a bluebird! It's the state bird, but it's only the second time I've ever seen one.
