The defense department has been researching into taking the accuracy of projectile weaponry to the extreme. They have now created a self-guided .50 caliber bullet that hits moving and evading target every time. Not only that, recent testings have yielded disturbing results: that with this technology people who have never used a rifle before are hitting moving and evading targets just as often as professional snipers with targets as far as 1.2 miles away.
The military just made killing that much easier.
The biggest advantage western soldiers have been having over middle eastern terrorists and rebel fighters is training. Our soldiers aim and fire with discipline while their soldiers just point at a general direction and spray.
Well, if they develop the self-guided bullet technology further, pretty soon pointing at a general direction and spraying is all it takes.
In the mean time, people continue to worry themselves about BS issues like gay marriage...
Edit
I might add that the reason I'm scared is because my ability to dodge bullets like those agents in the Matrix will not be so effective anymore...
