If it takes 250,000 bullets for a disciplined and well-trained soldier to kill a rebel. How many bullets were the spray-and-pray rebels burning through per kill?
And if they are spraying 250,000 bullets (WOW!!!) to kill one insurgent, think of all the collateral damage that would come from the 249,999 bullets that missed!
I suppose it would be a good thing if only say, 10,000 rounds need to be fired to hit a single target. But as coffee_addict says, I don't like the idea of making killing so much easier and efficient...
Just make sure to keep skipping ahead of the ever changing definitions and you'll be fine.
LOL.
Or don't live in the "wrong" part of the world.

Whoever calls me ignorant shares my own opinion. Sorrowfully and tacitly I recognize my ignorance, when I consider how much I lack of what my mind in its craving for knowledge is sighing for... I console myself with the consideration that this belongs to our common nature. - Francesco Petrarca
"Nothing is easier than to persuade people who want to be persuaded and already believe." - another Petrarca gem.
Ignorance is a most formidable opponent rivaled only by arrogance; but when the two join forces, one is all but invincible.
