The Cosmology of Creation, in the King James Bible:
Premise:
I. The Word of God is timeless.
II. The King James Version of the Bible is a valid translation of God’s Word.
III. Therefore, the Word of God in the King James Bible is aware of 21st Century issues.
Is there a sequence of events coded into Genesis 1 that may be construed as a cosmological understanding of the birth of the Universe. I have paraphrased text from the beginning of the KJV Bible with the code in parenthesis, to illustrate how this may very well be true.
In the beginning God created and made the heaven and the earth (in HIS Wisdom from everlasting, before time began). And the earth was without form and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep, (warped flat by gravity in everlasting). And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, ‘Let there be light,’ (The Big Bang inflation of space/time) and there was light. And God saw the light (in Understanding) that it was good: and (in Knowledge) God divided the light from the darkness, (and made a place from everlasting). And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
And God said, ‘Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters (compatible with the firmament) from the waters (incompatible). And God made the firmament and divided the waters which were under the firmament (specifications) from the waters which were above the firmament. And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.
And God said, ‘Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so. And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas, (dispensations): and God saw that it was good. And God said, 'Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth:' and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And the evening and the morning were the third day.
"The dispensation of the grace of God in the fulness of time and space was complete when God made the stars and set them in the firmament of the heaven; today, the fourth day."
Thank You,
Ken
