I have enjoyed reading the various post on this site that I find both interesting and informative, I have noticed that some of the posters like to quote. So I thought it would be cool to jot down your favorite quote and a brief explaination why you like it.
Heres one of mine: "Two things are infinte the universe and human stupidity and I am not sure about the universe." Albert Einstein I like this quote because it sort of humbles the reader a little and also because I can be a smart ass. Lets here yours group!

last words...
"They could'nt hit a elephant at this distance."
Last words of Maj Gen John Sedgewick while describing the Confederates marksmanship.
The General was subsequently shot at a distance of at least 200 meters from across the river by a Confederate sniper.

on truth
"The truth: It may not lead you to where you thought you were going, but it will always lead you somewhere better. When ignored, it will eventually show itself. The closeness of your relationships is directly proportional to the degree to which you have revealed the truth about yourself. It can be painful."
Source Unknown.
I like this quote because it says something on many levels. IMO
