Hi John Paul,
I don't think we're connecting here, and I don't know why, because the instructions I gave were pretty clear and straightforward, and I provided links. As I've said several times now, if you'd like a dialogue with board administration, then please take it to [forum=-19], or send email to Admin. I've started this thread so you can do that.
There was no need to enumerate the guidelines and respond to each one. Just as when someone says you broke the law they don't mean every law, when someone says you're violating the Forum Guidelines they don't mean every guideline. As your comments make clear, you knew exactly which one you were violating:
  1. Debate in good faith by addressing rebuttals through the introduction of additional evidence or by enlarging upon the argument. Do not merely keep repeating the same points without further elaboration.
You cannot justify your violation by pointing to someone else's. If you feel someone is violating the guidelines to your disadvantage, once you've attempted to deal with this on your own then your only recourse is to appeal to board administration. Please keep in mind that this is a busy place and board administration is spread very thin, so be sure your complaints are non-trivial. We won't be doing the equivalent of arresting anyone for jaywalking. It is patterns of misbehavior that get the most attention. Anyone who follows most of the guidelines much of the time is doing fine.
There are a few guidelines that when violated will bring swift action: plagiarism, participating as multiple ID's, and huge cut-n-pastes that waste disk space, no matter how apropos.

As I have stated until I am sure someone gets the original point why go more in-depth? It doesn't make sense.
Perhaps I can help the discussion progress beyond this issue. Please describe the point you feel isn't getting across.
