I'm in agreement that Proposing new topics is just another one of those ways of controlling the debate. If one picks at the seams of the topic, your accused of being off topic, etc...
P.S. I find it interesting though, that the moderators are following in Walt Brown, & Kent Hovinds footsteps, by their efforts to define the debate, and stay on topic. It no different than Walt Brown not allowing an off topic Mission Statement, and Kent Hovind defining his topic so well that no one can meet his challenge, etc...

Percy, All of what you say might be true, however, AdminNosey if he was being impartial should of warned Nosy Ned, for posting off topic, requesting an answer off topic, unless there is a double standard for certain members, etc...
P.S. Perhaps NosyNed was ignorant of the importance that AdminNosy for posts to be on topic, though NosyNed is one of those members that demands answers of members, his only way of contributing is to demand members to answer questions, while Ned never seems to have anything to contribute, etc... I'm only bringing up NosyNed because he posted immediately after AdminNosy demanded posts be on topic, etc...If your going to enforce on topic discussion, there are multitudes of posters posting off topic, just to be courteous to answer other posters questions that are off topic too, but I was trying to get back to the bear lake study, how glacier affects varves, in fact in being courteous to NosyNed answering his question, was still in reference to glaciers, did they happen suddenly, if so then Razd's correlations had no merit, etc... I guess that what bothers AdminNosy, that the truth is that snow varves in the natural in respect to the buried ww2 plane show snow varves are not annual varves, meaning of course the glaciers are not all that old, contradicting Razd's data. AdminNosy probably had it in for me, or he would of at least given NosyNed a warning, too, etc..............................................
