The links are still there for people to see. The "Links and Informatin" is just that, a place for info. However, it is not a forum that is meant for debate. Therefore, your opening posts are really all that is needed. The Admin's are probably closing the threads so that the debate is moved to the appropriate forum, such as the "Free for All" forum.

Everyone is free to post links here, be they creationist or evolutionist. You seem to be complaining that other creationists don't post here and you are blaming the Admins. Shouldn't you be blaming the other creationists for not posting, since no one is stopping them?
