You might want to look to look at the
about this site page, and the
forum Rules to get an idea of how the site is (supposed to) work. IMHO, the tone gravitates towards towards Theistic evolution as the average of the members views, but everyone is welcomed from YECs to Atheists. The admins are selected from the normal users, with a seperate account for the admin work: For instance, Jar is a normal (?!) user who may debate with you, but their's also an AdminJar who'll kick you if you persistantly break the rules....
