Email woes
In Message 1, Admin writes:
AOL rejects the notification email as spam.
The problem is due to no rDNS (reverse DNS, PTR record) on the IP used when sending email. It is well known that AOL, and a number of other ISPs, is rejecting mail when the sending site has no rDNS.
This affects more than reply notifications. It also prevents AOL members from joining evcforum, for they will not receive the email notification of their site password. It also prevents AOL members from changing their email address (unless to a non-AOL address), for the same reason.

Re: Email woes
Ah! That makes more sense than spam.
I have submitted a rDNS request to the webhosting company.

Re: Email woes
It looks like the reverse DNS is in place.

Re: Email woes
I did get all the old notifications last night and one new message this morning, so hopefully it will hold.
Thanks Admin
