Do not think I have written this to offend, but to explain a problem that I think needs to be resolved. Whenever I go into the chat between the hours of 9 and 3, AdminJar insists that it is school hours and kicks me out. However, he does not take into account the fact that it is only school hours when school is in session. Today it is a half a day, so I do not have school right now. Unfortunately, Jar insists that I be kept out of the chat and even threatened to ban me if I did not comply. My understanding is that you cannot ban or suspend a member unless they have actually broken a rule. There is no rule in the forum which states I must not be in the chat during these alledged school hours and there should not be one.
I think this should be taken into consideration not by AdminJar, but by the other Administrators. Try not to look at it in the sense that you have authority over me as a child in the way that a parent has authority over his child, but rather look at it through the objective glasses of the forum rules, which are the proper standards by which a member is to be judged.
I request that Jar not close this thread and instead allow the other administrators to look into it. I do not see a reason why anyone should take offense at this, for I am not angry with Jar and I am not offending Jar. What I am doing is bringing up an issue that I think needs to be resolved, and I don't think cutting me off from the forum is the proper solution.
Edit: All members that agree with me reply with your argument.

Re: Examining the Evidence
AdminJar and I agreed that I would stay out of the chat during school hours, however he must understand that it is only school hours when school is in session, and since it is a half a day today, school is not in session. Therefore it is not school hours. So the agreement is null and void during this time.

There is a major problem with not taking into account my actual school schedule. One of them is days in which I have off such as the summer. I certainly did not agree to staying out of the chat during days that I have off, and half a days should be no exception.

Give it up guido. You are proving my point.
No I'm not. What I'm doing is far more sinister than that. (Just kidding)

No, Admins do NOT make the rules. Admin moderate in accordance WITH the given rules established by percy. Therefore your argument is wrong. Period.

But the fact is the admins have no authority and no right whatsoever to govern the whereabouts of other people's children in accordance with whether they are in school or not. I mean I could understand if they actually broke a rule. (One which is written down in the standard guidelines) Then the administrators could take actions, but what they are doing simply doesn't make any sense.
