I have no problem with Brad's posts. Most people, including myself, just ignore his posts unless at a glimpse they seem to make sense. I see no reason why he should be confined to BC. BC is a place for people with the potential to be able to debate in good faith but haven't really exploited such potential. Brad, on the other hand, has no potential to make any more sense than what we've seen. Once Brad is in BC, I really don't see how he will be able to get out of it, and the purpose of BC ain't for people to serve life terms.
Please reconsider. As I see it, Brad hasn't gotten any special treatment. Here is why. We throw people into BC because at some point or other they've refused to debate with people in good faith. They've refused to provide evidence or support for their arguments. In other words, they have at least upset somebody or refused to treat that person seriously. Now, how can we say that Brad does the same thing if nobody actually ever tried to engage with him in a debate of any kind? The worst that I have ever seen someone responding to Brad is something along the line of "huh...???" Can anyone at all point me to a post where someone demands evidence or logical support from Brad?
Brad hasn't gotten any special treatment, and if things continue the way they are he's never going to get any special treatment. He's not bothering anybody and I ask that we don't bother him.

Do we want lots more people like Brad at EvC?
The thing is it is pretty hard to be like Brad. Actually, it's almost impossible for a regular person to type up posts that look like Brad's. So, in this sense I don't think it will be a problem.

By the way, we love you Brad.
I think the people have spoken. We leave Brad alone.

Somehow I'd like to get Brad postings elevated above the status of high quality esoteric filler. Maybe not confine hime to "Boot Camp", but still get him into a "Boot Camp" topic where the bio-knowledgable can grill him to actually figure out what he's talking about.
The question is would it help? I really doubt it. He seems too intelligent to be one of those that would post vague messages on purpose. I say we close this thread and be done with it.

I agree. I mean, just how many forums out there that has a Brad McFall like our own?
Added by edit:
Brad never seems to mind any of the bad stuff that people say about him. In fact, it doesn't look like he is bothered by the fact that people generally ignore his posts.
I've been having this theory that Brad is actually god sitting in heaven with a computer teasing us limited mortals. He's probably like "hahaha, these puny little creatures are talking about some things that are way over their heads."

He has said that he is often pressed for time...
This message is for everybody rather than just Tony alone. Brad has mentioned at least once before that he uses internet access in the library. In fact, at the time he said that they were closing and were kicking him out, so he had to sign off for the day. This suggested that Brad didn't have home access to the internet. Since he could only go online in the library, I'd say that he has very little time to actually go deep into anything with anyone.
Anyway, if EvC has a museum, Brad would be the best candidate to be put in it.

He's not dead. He's electroencephalographically challenged.

Can I have your attention, please, Brad McFall?

It doesn't have to be something that's been graded and returned. Just copy and paste something, anything, you have that's for academic purposes that's not related to biology. Post a letter to your mom or something.
I AM COMMUNICATING WITH YALL even IF YOU DONT OR CANT RECIPROCATE.
I told you guys Brad doesn't mind us not being able to understand him. I would seriously like to meet him in person. Sounds like a really nice guy to me.
