Pitying them does not mean we have to adopt their delusions or nonsense. We should give them an Inclusion Award that says something like "You tried really hard this time."

Well, their is little else we can do for them. You certainly can't hire them for any position that requires honesty or critical thinking, you can't vote for them and I doubt you'd want someone in your family to marry one.

Please don't just laugh at their complaint. It's not their fault that they have been taught that God doesn't want them to think, to learn or to have moved out of the social system of 2000 years ago. Pity them; if you are religious and not a member of the CCoI, pray for them; treat them kindly and try to help them set up their own society where they can have their own school system so there are jobs for some of them and their kids can avoid learning anything factual, their own radio and TV and internet search engines so they are never assailed by truth, honesty or reality, even help them set up their own communities where the can practice "Christian politics" have "Christian Laws" and "Biblical justice".

That's fine but as a Christian I must pity them and see them as severely deprived and handicapped. They are "Special" and have special needs.

The lawyers may be well paid but that does not mean that the lawyer was competent or honest. Remember that the CCoI has created their own legal education system and that there is gold, lots of gold, in them thar Biblical Christians.If the client was happy with the content of the complaint then why should we complain?I had a friend once who too was severely handicapped and even though he was in his mid twenties always said I should hold his hand, look both ways and only walk across the street when the sign said "Walk". Again, I see nothing in your rule that would make the complaint a violation of your rule 11 as long as the lawyer says he does not consider it frivolous.And there is gold in them thar Biblical Christian pockets.

The Amish though produce much of value, furniture, great foods, fantastic furniture.

Oh, I don't doubt that the lawyer could be sanctioned which simply supports the complaint and helps convince the complainants they were and are right.

I keep throwing you bones but you seem unable to see or catch them.The complaint is basically that the government is forcing the schools to teach children that they should doubt their parents, ignore what they are taught and challenge truth.Should the courts simply dismiss the case that is simply additional support that the complaint is true.

From your perspective that may well be true.From their perspective you are sending their kids straight to hell.

From your perspective all that might be true. But your perspective simply supports their position; the government is sending their kids to hell and the US along with it.This is why the only solution I see is to let them have their own society, government, nation even.Let them condemn their children to being uneducated, unemployable, illiterate; let the kids go with Faith Healing if that is what the parents decide is best, let them refuse to teach critical thinking, reality, morality, faith, and all the other things they want to avoid. Let them have their own stores, police, fire departments, doctors, schools, teachers, politicians.We need to pity them, regret every child that dies needlessly, every child who is not educated to recognize honesty or reality, but do little more.

Conclude what I have been saying, what we see here daily.The CCoi should be allowed to separate themselves from the rest of the world.

Society does not do the condemning, the parents do.Yes, you may see it as child abuse but that is pretty much irrelevant.
