RAZD, the bad part about it is that the President of my country should have been in a straight-jacket a long time ago. Or incarcerated.
Yet, he's President. And as dishonest as can be. And as crazy as can be. And as uneducated as can be. And can steal any amount of money he wants to get. And never be prosecuted. Sigh. It seems as if a similar situation is starting to unfold in the US.

I'm not American so I don't know much about your debates.
Faith, couldn't your specific Gods just base all nations according to His/Her/Their Omni-everything laws? Seems like your Gods slipped up a lot of times. Also seems like your nation, being the most powerful nation in the world, is slipping up a lot of times. Edited by Pressie, : No reason given. Edited by Pressie, : No reason given.

I watched an interview with Jeb Bush on CNN last night.
Basically, what I got from it was that Jeb is a 'grinder'. When asked what he means with that he answered that he eats nails before breakfast. Huh? What on earth does that mean? What I also got from that interview was that he loves his daddy and that his daddy loves him. And, oh, he never criticised his brother. And he got elected to be Republican Governor in the biggest swing state in the US, without criticising his brother. And he doesn't criticise Rubio at all when saying that Rubio doesn't do his job. Apparently, according to Bush, it's not criticism. If ever this guy gets elected as US President; God helps America. And the rest of the world, too.

Lamark, I don't think that Hillary gets what likeability means. She's a very nice person and she can be funny and also serious and the works; but it seems as if for most people she still is not a very likeable person. She should have given it up after her attempt in 2008.
She's probably got the best policies in the world and she is extremely intelligent, and whatever, but she won't be elected. Her husband doesn't seem to have been very intelligent, but he got elected twice. Not because of his policies, but because he's likeable. After all, very stupid people can be elected to be US President if they are likeable. Bush the second is an example. It just boils down to personalities. Hillary just doesn't have that likeable personality, even though she is extremely intelligent and can sort a lot of things out without much effort from her part.

Maybe, but her personality isn't likeable. That's what politics and tv stars and everything else (especially in the US) is about nowadays.
No matter how good she dances or tells jokes or argues in courts or how seriously or non-seriously she tells Putin to get a life or whatever. She just doesn't have that non-academic X-factor. Edited by Pressie, : No reason given.

This man is licensed to open your skull and try to improve your brain. Would you let him? Nope. Never. Ever.

What afraid that there will be no belt buckle stoping him from stabbing you. To me it seems as if he's mentally been heavily disturbed from a very young age. Edited by Pressie, : No reason given. Edited by Pressie, : No reason given.

I agree (though I disagree with the analyses of her politics as presented here, I think her policies actually are fine). She should have given it up in 2008 because she's not a likeable person.

Nope. His owns words:
I am a socialist and everyone knows that.
Sanders said that responding to an ad that tried to link him to the regime of Fidel Castro. His response was:
They also understand that my kind of democratic socialism has nothing to do with authoritarian communism. Edited by Pressie, : No reason given. Edited by Pressie, : No reason given.

Parasomnium writes: Yip. In my country (and in the rest of the continent) the strong man tends to win. Regardless of how corrupt he is. The strong man can do whatever he wants to and still be elected. But that's seemingly not how it works in your country It seems like in America the X-factor man is likely to win. No matter how stupid he is. Edited by Pressie, : No reason given.

Hyro, if you wanted to become an MP for the part of the country I live in, I certainly would vote for you! You're honest.

Lammy writes: It does a lot to me. People change as they experience different circumstances.
This makes no sense.

He-he-he. Don't be so bad on him. The Republicans should actually appoint Trump or Cruz as official candidates. That would ensure that either Hillary or Bernie will most definitely become President of the US.

Lammy writes: Nope, the opposite. I'm saying that some people's experiences do tend to change their views. Which is a good thing.
You basically just said he is morally blind Lammy writes: Suppose a person close to him (not a bat s**t crazy person, but a normal person) experienced it, told him about it and he found that the evidence was reliable.
Suppose he never experienced whatever the hell that supposedly changed him (which I still doubt)? Lammy writes: Yes, for example those people who who think that slavery, as described in most Christian Holy Books is moral. Those people really can't be swayed by anything. They won't change their views easily.
That's the problem with people who are morally blind Lammy writes: Yip. However, it happens for some people. It's pretty much a toss up who they will hate today and who they will hate tomorrow. Some people do change considerably. Not all people are the same.
