The vast majority of marine food resources (even those farmed) are little if any modified from the wild type (exception that come to mind would be Atlantic salmon).
I wanted to list seafoods a while back but I remember the certain laws in the old testament about seafoods. Obviously, god doesn't want me to eat seafood.
