So? Are you claiming IC cannot evolve?
If you are making a claim then it is your job to support it. It doesn't matter whether your claim is positive or negative,
you are the claimant, the burden of proof falls on you. In this case you would have put yourself in the position of having to prove a negative.
You would be
shifting the burden of proof, a logical no-no.
