The only thing approaching a law within evolution that I see has to do with natural selection. Not sure if the law has a name, but here it is nonetheless:
Law--Given variation within a population and limited resources, the variants best adapted at taking advantage of the limited resources will become the dominant variant within the population.
"Best adapted" is a very broad term, and can include several strategies. However, the logic of this "law" seems irrefutable.
