The problem is that your argument sucks. Your argument is no different than claiming that the flat-earthers are discriminated against by teaching the scientific fact of the Earth being round. If you were a flat-earther, you would no doubt then also claim victory, and your here proclaimed "victory" is about as valid as if you were a flat-earther.
