First book of the this bible should, I suggest, be called Revelation:
The Nihilistic Bibles Revelation writes:
1:1 In the end, God didn't make the heavens and the earth...
And no good works-based bible would be complete without 10 commandments. And the first commandment needs to be the basis of the rest. It would be fitting to call the book that contains them Excrement....(as in Monty Pythons "...lifes a piece of sh1t, when you look at it")

We've decided Nietzsche is the Messiah so we should have Gospels according to some of his disciples: Casimir, Turgenov, Beckett and Warhol. Satre could be our doubting Thomas, whose contentious Gospel fights for inclusion. Hitler could be the great Apostle Paul who expounded so brilliantly on the source material. Stalin could be Peter, very effective but less brilliant than Paul....
(Note to Robin: my somewhat negative view of nihilism is not intended to indicate that this is the only interpretation possible - every bible needs it factions and sects in order to confuse what the true message is)
