Bet on it....
It is a rock outcropping Rand. You can bet that if real evidence is produced it will be just as the original report says; "looks like shale" I think it said in there.
The clearest pictures look exactly like the basalt around here including the iron oxidation on the surfaces.
This will, like the others, blow over when no real evidence is produced (we do NOT have a lab report on the material yet) or will prove to be entirely natural.
This isn't the first or the last "ark" to be found. The pattern is familiar so you can bet on it being wrong again.
