The cone-shaped skull on the lower left is not an anomoly. These skulls are actually pretty common, as far as weird cone-shaped skulls go. It is the product of what is called "head binding", where the skulls of infants are bound such that as they grow, the skull conforms to that odd shape. It was considered a mark of status. Gabriel Lasker, emeritus professor of anatomy at my alma mater, had several of these skulls.
What 'museum in France' has the horned skull? From a cursory glance, I would say that is is a simple prank. As has been pointed out, there are no 'bulges' on the skull itself which are seen in all animals that grow horns. Yes, humans do on occasion have 'horns', and they are nothing like that picture.

My response was as intelligent a reply as was required. Others have provided ample explanation as to why these claims are nonsense.
A series of undocumented anecdotes - which are notoriously unreliable in the first place - are not "true" or even evidence.

"In an old book entitled "History And Antiquities Of Allerdale," there is an account of a giant found in Cumberland, England, at an unknown date in the middle ages. Called "A True Report of Hugh Hodson, of Thorneway," it states: "The said gyant was buried four yards deep in the ground, which is now a corn field. He was four yards and a half long, and was in complete armour; his sword and battle-axe lying by him....his teeth were six inches long, and two inches broad...." The bones of a twelve foot tall man were dug up in 1833 by a group of soldiers at Lompock Rancho, California. The skeleton was surrounded by giant weapons, and the skull featured a double row of teeth. Yet another giant was unearthed in 1891, when workmen in Crittenden, Arizona excavated a huge stone coffin that had evidently once held the body of a man 12 feet tall. A carving on the granite case indicated that he had six toes."
That information was from a book wouldnt you consider that documented? ------------------"I believe in christianity as I believe the sun has risen, not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else."-C.S. Lewis holla at me for any reason at: messenjahjr@yahoo.com

Evidence for the occupation of this region before the appearance of the red man and the white race is to be found in almost every part of the county, as well as through the northwest generally. In removing the gravel bluffs, which are numerous and deep, for the construction and repair of roads, and in excavating cellars, hundreds of human skeletons, some of them of giant form, have been found. A citizen of Marion County estimates that there were about as many human skeletons in the knolls of Marion County as there are white inhabitants at present!
The History of Marion County, Ohio (complied from past accounts, published in 1883) Mastodonic remains are occasionally unearthed, and, from time to time, discoveries of the remains of Indian settlements are indicated by the appearance of gigantic skeletons, with the high cheek bones, powerful jaws and massive frames peculiar of the red man, who left these as the only record with which to form a clew to the history of past ages. The History of Brown County, Ohio(complied from past accounts, published in 1883) Thats documented ------------------"I believe in christianity as I believe the sun has risen, not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else."-C.S. On that anomaly site linked to, the bottom right caption mentions the skulls of some 'red haired giants' found, and the skull shown is next to a ruler and it is mentioned that it is "almost a foot long".
I just measured my skull in the same aspect as the skull in the picture - 11 1/2 inches long! Maybe I'd best donate my skull to the Nevada Histroical society in Reno when I die so they can add another "giant" skull to their collection of "anomalies"..... messenjaH,
You are not listening. Stories about giants are not evidence. Neither are pictures unless they have been validated by other non-biased sources. People have believed (and some still do) in faeries, leprechans, brownies, valkyries, etc., for hundreds of years and yet no one has found evidence of their existence. There have even been pictures taken of some of these things, but they have all turned out to be bogus. Before you continue believing in this stuff, wait until you hear what museum these supposed bones are housed in. Then find out as much as you can about that museum and who has looked at the bones - hopefully it's a physical/forensic anthropologist, or someone with such skills, who has nothing at all to do with the museum. I'm betting you will find it difficult to get any straight answers.

quote: Well, that is 'published', but that is not the same as documented. Documented is more like photos, accounts form 'officials' (police, etc.). Did you look up the sources? I did. They are not official archives. They are books. Books containing anecdotes. The only mention of giants is on that conspiracy page you linked to.

I copied and enhanced (upped the contrast and brightness, ran it through a 'sharpen' filter) the picture:
Look at the orbit above the right eye. You can clearly see the abrupt difference in texture between the actual bone and whatever it was - clay? - that was used to attach the supposed horns. That is probably why the picture is shown in false color with low contrast. You've been snookered.
