God used Evolution in 6 days

Why could God not have created a Universe with 15 billion years of "Evolution" in only 6 days? He made a grown man who walked and talked, it didnt take him 30 years. He created a fruit bearing tree, it didn't take him seven years(the average time of fruition). Why not create an earth with 4 billion years of geological evidence? Expalining all radio carbon dating. Why not create a universe with INHERENT AGE? When god created the animals, why not use evolution? Maybe it is a test to see who will stay faithful to Him in the end times... I'm not God, I don't why he would vitally
