Remember the "shoe" insult? What kind or variety of shoes should be refashioned into a headdress for the Royal King of Spades to wear? Should it be the single combat boot worn by an invading Marine or Special Forces troop? Should it be a Kurdish sandal? Or should the Emperor's new headwear consist of a patchwork of various shoe leathers contributed from many sources of his previous subjegation, torture, and murder?
