I'm convinced Faith is for real. I'm just upset that someone is trying to teach her logic. I have enjoyed her charming use of "Ad Hominum" to mean bringing anything up about people, especially herself, with which she didn't agree.Even her nick, it's like a Character in those morality plays. She is a protrayal of the unthinking acceptance extolled by Church fathers as "Faith". She is that ideal. Whatever her church authorities tell her, that she believes is utterly real. She is doing a tremendous thing emboding absolute and unthinking obediance to authority, a portrait of, at least some, Christian's ideal of the perfect Christian.
