It's Brad's long standing amusement to take the English language where it's never gone before and then bend, twist, contort and just generally free style into some wild abstract art. It's literature beyond even the great Joyce! And even more incomphrehensible.
On the internet? Ask away but you won't get it. These practises go way back to Usenet and early email and are thus deeply rooted in the culture. Don't know how they can be changed.
Perhaps it has to do with wanting to speed up typing as we attempt as human beings to emulate the speed of the machines?
