The more interesting conspiracy theories relate to microwave weaponry. As an asise, and yes this is from a movie, but in the movie the Valley of Elah or something like that, there are bodies burned but not the clothes......I suspect this is rooted in some sort of story about weaponry used in Iraq such as microwave weapons.
Not to get off-topic and I don't yet buy the Truthers claims, but there are some uncomfortable facts from my reading of what occurred at the Twin Towers (some of the metal burned on cars for example but not some other parts that would normally burn first from heat).

Re: The Nature of Conspiracy Theorists
BBC announced the collapse 20 minutes before it happened.
6. The building collapsed in a fashion similar to that of a building being demolished.
7. It obviously wasn't the pancake theory because it collapses from the bottom.
8. No steel building that big has ever collapsed in that fashion ever in the history mankind.
Forgive me for not reading the whole thread, but do you have a link to the BBC claim?
And yes, it fell like a demolition. I don't know if that means it was, but there are questions that ought to be raised and answered, imo.

Re: Omg
In defense of your claims, it wouldn't have to be too many people as some claim. It certainly raises an eyebrow that we were conducting a security test at the time for planes crashing into buildings or similar attack and so grounded military planes.
a coincidence?
at a minimum, it suggests that the terrorists were aware of what we were doing....that there were leaks....could have been more perhaps.

I've studied it more than you think, Adequate, and while I don't buy it, I do think there are serious questions that have not been answered.
If having an open mind to truth and facts distinquishes people like me from evos, then I'll have to agree with you.

Re: Moderator Request
It might be interesting if someone were to propose a topic to explore the kind of mind or the kind of thinking it takes to believe the world is significantly affected by secret conspiracies.
How do you define a secret conspiracy? It is a known fact the world is affected all the time by secret conspiracies and anyone denying that is extremely ignorant of history.
Japan's attack on the US that dragged us into WWII was a secret conspiracy, as was Hitler's attack on Russia. Those specific conspiracies have had a massive effect on the world.
Conspiracies occur all the time and are a large factor in global affairs and business.
Moreover, some very wild "conspiracy theories" have turned out to be true. MK-Ultra is a good example. If you didn't know it was true, admitted by the government and the CIA, and even if you do, it still seems so far-fetched that it's generally still considered a conspiracy theory.
Air America being involved in drug dealing is still considered a conspiracy theory, though true, as are many facets of Iran/Contra.
Clinton taking bribes from China is considered a conspiracy theory by many despite the fact they were caught and returned some of the money.
In fact, one good way to get away with something at the governmental or psy-ops, covert level is to do something in such a weird, outlandish way that no one would believe the truth if it comes out. I can tell you we run some very strange operations in covert campaigns of pychological warfare.

These types of weapons have definitely been developed and deployed though the media reports mention it's more for non-lethal crowd control.
What's scarier are the reports of scalar weapons (Tesla-type technology).

Actually, I am thinking of microwave. It does vibrate the water molecules, and I am sure can be made lethal quite easily.
The military does engage close range in urban warfare making these weapons useful.
The power problem is an interesting one, probably for another thread. There is power all around us all the time, massive amounts of power in fact.

fyi
fyi on non-lethal microwave weapons.....and in the future, please don't claim I don't know what I am talking about with respect to evolution or pretty much anything else.....if you really understand my argument and points, to the point you can argue them as effectively as I could, and you find some area where I am wrong, then please by all means show me that, but just saying I don't understand evolution is offensive, especially when you didn't appear to grasp my point.

It's a different thread....maybe an energy and conspiracy thread altogether, but there is reason Edison is a name more known than Tesla, and believe me, it's not because Edison was right and Tesla wrong.
With the internet though, it seems there is revival of a bit of truth and Tesla is becoming more well-known.

Hahaha. Ya, and the 5 ton battery they have to carry along to power these weapons...
It's not my fault you don't keep up with these things and so straight-out reality is laughable to you.

The straight out reality is we are no where near the technological level for these lazer and microwave handheld weapons to be of any practical use.
I can't tell if you had enough sense to take 2 minutes and google this to know you are wrong, and so are moving the goal-posts and claiming "hand-held" weapons is the discussion (when no one mentioned hand-head weapons), or you are just uninformed.
Here are your links. It will be interesting to see if you acknowledge you were wrong here.

It's weird because this is common knowledge among anyone following these sorts of things. It's been widely publicized and anyone can see these articles by simply googling it up.
Why don't you admit you were wrong now?

I'd say it was amazing, but then again.....it appears you are unaware that vehicles are involved in close range combat.
If you read the articles, you would see they are used in right now in real world situations and don't need to drag an entire power plant but as the articles state, they can use generators specially developed and mobile....but why am I bothering..
