Well, for reference, there are any number of animals (mostly "primitive" sessile types) which don't have a differentiated digestive system. However, of more derived vertebrates the champ has to be the river turtle
Rheodytes leukops from Australia. It's about 200 mm long, with a 100 mm long cloaca lined with bursae from which it derives some 2/3 of its oxygen. IOW, we have a turtle that poops, breathes, and reproduces through the same hole. Fascinating, no?
