I don't understand the "forced resignation" bit. Why didn't she make them fire her and then sue the bastards? Perhaps she didn't want the 'fired' term on her resume, but with all the publicity that this item is getting, everyone who would consider hiring her in the future will know exactly what happened. Also, it seems she was merely alerting people to the occurrence of an educational event, a seminar. How does that conflict with her job description?
