Even though the impetus is a movie, a thread on the paranormal belongs in the Is It Science? forum, and so it needs much more than you've provided. If you want a Coffee House discussion then just start a thread there, no proposal is necessary. Threads only end up in Free For All when they have a) a lot of interest, and b) a main protagonist who makes no sense and is not amenable to moderation.
