You have to link directly to the image file, itself. You linked to a link to an image file. I went to your link and on there's a link for "Full sized image". If you click on that it takes you to:
http://c3012132.r32.cf0.rackcdn.com/110704RD-7a.jpg
Notice how that ends in a ".jpg"... that is an image file format, like ".doc" is a word document format.
The link you put in the image tags has to be pointing to an image file so its going to end in an .imagefileformat like that.
The you just put that link in between these: [img][/img]
and you get:
