Even if you are omniscient, you must still make decisions and making a decision implies that you have asked at least one question.
I think Thugpreacha supports my point with his quote. Omniscient beings wouldn't really think about things the way that we do.
I am not sure if such a being would be constrained by logic or obligated to make decisions or do anything for that matter. Even if they did have questions they would be fairly short lived wouldn't they? It must be an awfully boring existence. Nothing to wonder about, nothing to be surprised by. Knows all the punch lines to all the jokes.
