Minorly off topic, but gay divorce is something that they are already talking about. In fact there was some question about how the divorces of American same-sex couples who came to get married in Canada would work. Something about residing in the country for a certain period of time. It's been awhile since I read anything to that effect, so I don't really recall what the legal strings were.I've also heard about a custory battle over an adopted child of two lesbians who are getting divorced. I can't find anything on the internet about it, so I'll try to remember to ask the person who was talking about it.

I wasn't trying to make a statement on gay marriages, it just seemed like Phatboy was assuming that it wasn't an issue yet. But given how lightly most people take marriage today, it's not surprising that there are already gay marriage statistics. No comment meant on sexual orientation, just divorce.
