It’s too bad things got mean on this thread. Some of it was justified, but a lot of the meanness, on all sides, wasn’t justified, wasn’t helpful in making your points, and mostly strengthened the opposition to what was being said in the post it was in. Being nice matters, regardless of whether one is an atheist, a fundy, a naturalist, or a pastafarian.

P. S. - this is a general reply not aimed at rR or any single person in particular (so ignore that this was a reply to rR's last post, his was simply the last one on the thread). Also, I know that I have been unpleasant at times too - I'm not claiming to be innocent either.
