I doubt that young children in Tennesee need the public schools to provide them with information about homosexuality in order to remain healthy. Even granting that some might, I don't think the "certain percentage" of them that would makes the bill unreasonable.
What about when children should be
warned about Catholic Priests and other figures in similar positions of power over your children - many of whom are homosexual?
Wait until the 5th grade? Nursery school? There is a lot of serious health damage being inflicted even to this day, some of it earlier than pre-school.
But I digress....
