The idea, for instance, that all history is about "class struggles" strikes me as an absurd and pernicious reductionism that creates division and conflict between segments of society that don't need to exist.
One of the most pervasive uses of class warfare is seen in the Republican party where they are continually moaning about how they are being assailed by leftists and urbanites.
So, let's see, I'm not allowed to see things differently than you do, I have to see them your way; you absolutely refuse to learn anything from me but I absolutely have to learn it all from you. Got it. Have a good day.
Isn't that exactly how you are treating us? We have to see things your way or else?
Re: Once again, Faith presents no evidence that anyone controls her, censors her, enforce
Faith writes:
Where have I even mentioned myself? What's with you people? I'm talking about influences that have as their aim to suppress dissidence, and they succeed in many cases.
Why is it that conservatives think they are being censored or suppressed simply because people don't agree with them?
Not only do conservatives falsely believe that they are being oppressed and censored simply because people disagree with them, they also think that everyone who disagrees with them wants to murder them. We can add paranoia to the growing list of psychological issues that many conservatives share.
