How precisely is it an improvement to remove 30 million people from having health insurance? How does this benefit our country?
The conservatives here have already explained this a dozen times, but I will recap.
1. If you die because you cannot afford health insurance while trying to put food on the table, well then by electing to feed your hungry children, you are experiencing "freedom".
2. Jimmy is going to use some of that there health insurance for a sex-change, and I don't want to pay for that even if it means I myself cannot afford my blood pressure medicine. More Freedom.
3. Hispanics are going to be treated in hospitals. Probably some Mexicans. And Obama's birth certificate. Nuff said.
4. Don't they have universal health care in Finland? That's stuff is for commies and it makes the lines for getting my hangnail treated too long.

I was thinking as long as I have my hands up they’re not going to shoot me. This is what I’m thinking they’re not going to shoot me. Wow, was I wrong. -- Charles Kinsey
We got a thousand points of light for the homeless man. We've got a kinder, gentler, machine gun hand. Neil Young, Rockin' in the Free World.
