Ist there any nation that actually likes Americans, or has a warm view of them?
America!
We think awfully highly of ourselves.

Re: R-E-S-P-E-C-T!
The problem is that we dont respect ourselves as much as we did in the times of "the greatest generation".
Yeah, and look at this shit storm that the greatest generation got us into.
People who look highly upon the past, always forget that it is what lead us to the present.

Re: R-E-S-P-E-C-T!
I always thought the greatest generation was in reference to the heros of WWII.
Huh, you're right. I didn't know that was a thing. I didn't really know who Phat was referring to.
It is the previous 2 generations that have sold out American factories for cheaper labor, liqudated our manufacturing and tooling and allowed the banks to suck the economy into ruin.
Yeah, that's pretty much who I was referring to.
I suppose if I had to maintain what I said, I could say that the greatest generation is what lead to those two, so there's still a chain of blame, but I don't really care enough to belabor the point.
Everyone gets a ribbon, everyone is entitled. Young adults do not figure out they are full of shit until it is to late. A generation of neck beards 30 somethings living at home with there pentioned babyboomer parents. Isnt that special.
And then they vote to maintain it. Tsk tsk.
