mike the wiz; open minded? I should say a prayer and get down on my knees once a day and just go through the motions even though i don't believe- to get into heaven? What kind of weak and stupid god have you created for yourself, who can't even diagnose the mind of his own creation? I have found the faith I once stood on unstable and full of holes THROUGH openmindedness, I am the one who is saved through my throwing down of shackles that bound me. It is you who will suffer here and now, and all the more so when you recieve no bribe in the end, for I have found peace in the present.

Yes, Jesus died...but his spirit is alive within all of us. It doesn't matter whether or not you believe that us Christians are stupid for believing in our Lord and Savior, the one who SAVED us from an eternity in HELL. It doesn't change the fact that God IS up there and is watching every move we make, and though I would never have the power to condemn you to hell, He does, and accepting him is the only way out of it. You act as if only Christians are dumb for believing in the unseen. That is faith. What about all the other religions which believe in the unseen, and who's "gods" are a figment of their imaginations. Jesus walked this earth and God allowed his only son to be persecuted and crucified on the cross in order to save our souls.~Sarah

Um, let's review what HigherLove said: In short, HigherLove is trying to claim that he's not condemning anybody to hell, but he actually is. After all, he's the one saying that somebody is going to go to hell if he doesn't do what TruthLover says. God isn't posting here.Ergo, I was being condemned to hell.

Isn't it quite clear in Revelation that the primary prerequisite for entry into heaven, which by the way only occurs at the Grand General Resurrection near the End of Time according to that book, is to be a card carrying member (yeah, they're gonna be checking your DNA, folks) of one of the "Thirteen Tribes" of Israel and Judah?Another prerequisite is that you not be branded on the hand or the forehead with the Name (or number) of the Beast.
