Concerns for Percy

mostly I don't think "evaluation" in a real detailed sense is required. Is it on topic is a common one?If we really screwed down the rules much harder then the evaluation would get more difficult. We only occasionally really intervene (not often enough some might say).

Your suspension is for a continued pattern in your posts. I have to make a judgement call now and then. That's my judgement.I'm certainly willing to take some input on it.I suggest you answer questions and support your assertions. Anyone of your posts isn't too bad. You have a bad pattern of behaviour. If you don't see it you might try reading over your threads.

Generally I'm leaving you to The Queen, Ken. But if you start comparing your behaviour to others I might take the risk of annoying her by steping in. So far you debate behaviour has been atrocious. I have yet to see you backing up one of your made up assertions.If there is a particular item that you feel needs backing up and hasn't been you may request an intervention. Be sure of what you are asking for. In the coffee house and FFA, of course, I shouldn't be paying any attention(other than topic) (but sometimes can't help myself).

That was, IIRC, the constructive criticism that Brian gave you. You were unable to get what was actually happening. I think that is enough to rest my case on.Now back to the regularly scheduled discussion, whatever that is.You have, to my knowledge, not yet backed up anything you have asserted . You are repeatedly asked questions and you ignore them. That is bad form as far as I am concerned. I would suggest you go to the threads you are in and answer the outstanding, repeated questions.
