That's what the idea of stepping up is about. I'm trusting Buz to separate Buzsaw from AdminBuz and recognize what is needed. No one can do that perfectly but can't we have a try?

Perhaps it would be a good idea for Percy and other admins to post a "job description" of just what is expected of a moderator or admin.There will be a large range of variation in how the job is done but I think it is fair to be a bit specific in case it becomes necessary to remove admin "priviledges" ( if they are such a thing). This hasn't had to happen before has it.If we attempt to extend the job a lot then it may be necessary to start admining the admins. Not a good thing but it might be avoided if the nature of the job is made clearer at the beginning.

Nah, Mike the wiz can carry on as he does. AdminWiz just has to behave. It is important to try to keep the two separate.

It is a good exercise for you Mike. It is a chance to stretch into an area that you might not be comfortable at when you start.
