Suspensions and Bannings Part II

{AdminBrian deleted his content himself, but I'm going to add something. This topic (in a "messages by admin only" forum) is intended as purely a place to announce suspensions and bannings, and the lifting of suspensions and bannings. Beyond the explanation at the time of the suspension/banning, there should be no discussion of the such in this topic.
