This makes a change. Normally, the intelligent design movement argues that evolution is incapable of producing systems of "specified complexity". Now, we have a bright spark claiming that the fact that evolution has not produced one such system is evidence that evolution (an observable phenomenon) is not true.
Children, you can't have it both ways.
