Sorry but this whole argument is so ridiculous I need to pile on a little bit more. Your wife may very well be native American, but the thing is I do not care and it has no bearing on anything. That you think so seems to make somewhat of the argument that you are. You may have racist attitudes toward Native Americans or not. Whether you do or not has nor bearing on whether you have racist attitudes towards other people. I think thou doth protest too much. The Guardian, an excellent newspaper, has broached this subject. The people propagating this crap seem to be pretty certain that their audience is not smart enough or willing to look up the verses themselves. So the actual text is meaningless? Non islamic interpretations are more accurate about the actual meaning? So should the christian religious texts be interpreted by nonchristians to ascertain their meaning? Read the actual text of those passages and explain how you come to the conclusions of meaning that you do?
